Since i have been on Keto, i feel very irritable. Im not having any problems with energy or getting my workouts done. Im also very good at staying on the program and dont feel like i crave any carbs. My only problem is i feel like im short tempered and cranky sometimes. Im wondering if its a chemical imbalance from no carbs. Anyone else experience this?

I actually think I'm more even and generally happy. I cant get over how energetic I feel sometimes. Like last night I had to get up to my son 4 times and I had been studying up until midnight before that. At 6am I still bounced out of bed wide awake. . .
That said, in the first few days I was a bull with a sore head. . .

OMG..I was JUST thinking this today!! I have noticed I have been a little more "assertive" at work lately and couldn't figure out why and then got to thinkin maybe it had to do with keto. Glad to hear I'm not the only one!!
♥ I'm not the average girl from your video.. and I ain't built like a supermodel..
But I learned to love myself unconditionally....Because I am a QUEEN ♥

Bad idea. What everyone is experiencing is a slight hormonal balance problem due to the shock of ketosis after (in most cases) a lifetime of carbs/glucosis. Its a resistance issue, it will get better, and its very normal. I experienced the same thing, just give it some time....
I'll take arrogance and the inevitable hubris over self-doubt and lack of confidence, anyday.......
