Exercises to Improve Ninja Skills
As you all know, in 3 months I have my Ninja fighter test. It's a very challenging test, there will be probably over 200 people trying, and only 12 get in (and the rest probably die).
So, then what kind of lifts and/or training do you think would be best to be a good ninja? I have to be able to climb buildings, do backflips, and disappear into smoke.
Also, what kind of shoes do you think would best work for a ninja?

You would have to do all your lifting on a Bosu ball.
Alternative - do your lifts wearing rollerskates.

You need to follow the Richard Simmons sweating to the oldies routine as well as practice ninja fighting on the Nintendo Wii. Without this you will surely be raped and killed in the competition. Good luck.

Ninjas go past their chest and actually touch their back during the bench press. It has something to do with a secret concoction of cissus and LSD.

Don't wear shoes. People will hear your footsteps if you do.
Never publicize that you are a ninja. A ninja must be able to function as a spy, which means that you cannot reveal your status as an aspiring ninja, or else no one will trust you. Do not dress like the stereotypical ninja.

Depends on whether you are on the Wii, Xbox360, or PS3.
But I think your best bet is to practice this combo: L, R, L, Up, Rbutton, Down, B, X, O, R, R, Lbutton, 9

I will be wearing a full gui, and a mask, but not a shirt. Here's a picture of me in the park.
You probably don't see me right away sitting on the bench there... ninjas are hard to see at first.

Obvious Ninja is Obvious.
Your first mistake....Ninja's only operate at night. Quit trying to show off, NoOb.

Those might be good for hand to hand combat, but do you think they'll hold up during my various ninja assults? I have to cross some pretty rugged terrain sometimes, those look like the soles will wear out easy.
I mean, I know I don't want army boots, cuz I'm a ninja, I dodge bullets, I don't block them. Any other suggestions?

Fine. Be a "traditionalist" then... With these you can even toe-pinch someone.

Dude, jackpot. Those are some badass ninja footwear right there. I'll bet you those make you stick to buildings like spiderman too. Thanks man, if I become a ninja, I'll visit you in person to thank you. You won't know its me and I won't be able to reveal myself. But when you feel that 'sudden breeze' you'll know. And my debt will be paid.

Ok. Cool. Glad to be of help. Good luck with your Ninja studies.
Only thing though. A couple years back we had this big problem with Ninjas. I called Orkin but they really had no clue. If it had been a locust swarm or dung beetle infestation, they would have been all over it. But, sadly, it appears that they deleted Ninja eradication from their list of standard products. Some crap about workman's comp claims from all their guys. Anyway, I digress.
So I did some calling around and after getting cold silences and laughter from most of the pest control companies, I finally got referred to this guy named Claire. (Weird name for a dude, I know. But he was some sort of Cajun or Hillbilly or something - and he looked pretty crazy so I didn't say anything). But anyway, Claire was a godsend. He set up this awesome perimeter around the house with robots and marmosets and they've done an awesome job keeping Ninjas away. (My in-laws, too!) We did find out that it was necessary to install an invisible fence (neighbors kinda freaked this one time after the first robot-marmoset snafu).
It cost me a lot, but it was worth it.
Cliffs: beware robots and marmosets if you drop by.

Practice picking 50 bells off a manikin under a cloud of smoke without making a sound.
I saw the ninja turtles do it in 15 seconds.

If I master the 'shadow image' it wont' be that bad. Most ninjas never approach that level of mastery however, I'll be lucky if I even acquire 1/10th that ability. My confidence has been greatly increased however, due to those kickass shoes.
