**** health.
Mitsuomi... calories in vs calories out. All there is to it. If you've got adequate protein you shouldn't lose muscle. Manipulate your fats and carbs.Team Manlet

I like the diet plan above it's simple..
Basically what I'm trying to say..
To me though it's easier to simple replace some of the fats an carbs with leaner proteins.
I personally build muscle better with a very high protein diet and it keeps me from being hungry and cranky while on limited cals.

Mon-Fri eat nothing but green veggies, meat, cheese, fish, whey, etc. No milk, no starches, no carbs, basically. Sat and Sun eat whatever you want. the next Mon-Fri do it all over again.
Exactly... Only then do I start to be careful (aka prep) lulz.
EDIT:
Grace, with regards to the above post... protein alone DOES NOT keep me satiated.Team Manlet

Bison is an awesome meat. Pretty much replaced beef in my diet though I sometimes eat grassfed beef.

how much does bison meat go for per pound?
keto does sound interesting. but, its way too risky for someone like me who has never even been on a serious cut. plus, the side effects from not running it right scare me.

keto is gey. it works fantastically cuz no one wants to eat nothing but meat and nuts and eggs unless they're rich.

Yeah this is what I do, I cook a a bag of chicken breast on my George Foreman ( grilling sucks in the winter). It usually isn't enough to last me the week, so I have some type of fish for the weekends, right now it is orange ruffy. I get a head of broccoli and chop it all, as well as the chicken, put everything in baggies in the fridge.
Mass grilling for the week FTW
Weighed in at 211 this morning, which is actually only 1 pound from last week. I want to loose it slow, but I seem to go too much one week, then too little the next. I am still having hard time balancing getting enough food and too much.(っ◕‿◕)っ
