    Exclamation how to get a chubby stocky build?

    hello, i am probably wanting a body most people do not want but. I am 15 almost 16 and i am wondering what Supplements i need what exercises, anything to get a body with muscle in the upper body and legs. I am generally do not want to look skinnier or lost fat i am just wanting to gain a bit more fat with muscle to have a stocky build. for the ab area i want to have fat but abs underneath it kind of thing. Basically i want to be a chubby but have muscle. I hope this does not sound to weird towards bodybuilding. Right now i 5'4 (i know i am a bit small i be told) and i am about 140, i want to gain more fat and muscle can anyone help me? Any info on how to shape the body i want it appreciated, Articles, anything! Thanks

    Bench- 225x8=285
    Squat-260x13=365
    Snatch-125x15=180
    Clean-170x12=215
    Total=1,045lb (I was the only junior to be on the 1,000lb list so I'm pretty happy with my results)
    40 time- 4.69 (I'm a LB)

    bro, lots of chicken breast and steak and drink a lot of milk. i'm pretty sure none of powerlifter guys drink weight gainers like bber's so just eat a **** load of food.

    Just focus your diet on getting the required amount of protein, and lift heavy....Shouldn't be to hard to eventually get it.
