Should I squat, Deadlift, Powerclean..?

While on rippetoes... I have Achilles tendon pains and pains in the middle of my foot.... Which is bad, so should I do leg exercises like squats, deadlifts?

figure out why at hurts, and then yes.. no use doing Ripp's if your not doing squats, deads, or powercleans lol.. that's the whole point of the routine..

If you're having pains take it from me and just find out what's wrong before doing any sort of these exercises. I have had some injury troubles and lets just say that you don't want to learn the hard way.

No reason why you can't bench if your foot hurts. And if its just because of CC then I don't think it should keep you from doing squats or deadlifts neither; just go a little lighter on the weight.
