    Effective calf exercises @ home?

    Hi everyone,

I workout at home and I am having a tough time developing my calves.

Does anybody have suggestions on which exercises I could try? Or links to some information?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    What do you currently do?
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Get some people to sit on your back as you are bent over at a 90 degree angle and do raises with your toes pointing out , middle and in for as many reps as you can and as many sets as you can. Those are pretty good and you can get a bunch of girls to sit on your back like Arnold used to

I am currently doing standing calf raises on the stairs holding a dumbell. I'm also doing seated calf raises with the dumbell resting on my knee - but this exercise seems like a waste of time cause I don't feel anything in my calves when doing them.

Whether it's donkey punches or donkey calf raises, you add weight the same exact way... find a fatter girl!

A good calf block, a dip belt that can hold at least 200lbs of weights and something to grab on to for balance. You have to do them one leg at a time, no way you can hang enough weight from your waist to do both legs at once unless you are totally new, but it works.
