    Low dose testosterone?

    I realize 19 is a very young age to use testosterone. I hit a plateau about 8 weeks ago, in which my gains both in size and strength pretty much stopped. Also, Ive been feeling generally weak in the gym and have been incredibly sore for 2-3 days after an average workout. I tried upping my food intake, upping carb intake, and making sure I get 8-9 hours of sleep a night, and there is no way I'm overtraining I have access to a free supply of Testim, the testosterone gel. Im considering using half of a tube a day (25mg). I was wondering if this would give me any sort of boost in gains, or even recovery, and if a dosage this low would shut down my natural test production. thanks

    Stay motivated, keep doing what your doing, and work hard in the gym. Staying consistent is key my friend. I wouldn't suggest supplementing with a test booster until your approaching your mid-20's, regardless of what supplement companies say.

    wise words, but just to clarify; this isnt a test boosting supplement, its actual testosterone.
