this is a defranco meal plan-
BREAKFAST SHAKE (mix in blender): Meal replacement shake, 2 heaping tablespoons organic, natural peanut butter, 1 large banana, 16-20oz. water.
SNACKrotein bar, 16oz. water
LUNCH: Turkey & roast beef, cheese, sweet peppers, lettuce & light mayo on rye or whole wheat. 1 piece fruit. 2 cartons of milk and 1 bag of chips
DURING practice/workout: 20 oz. water
POSTWORKOUT/practice: 3 scoops Cytogainer in 20oz. water.
DINNER: Whatever you parents make and lots of it!!16oz water
BEFORE BED: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 apple or 1 banana, 8oz water
I use this template. Am i getting in enough nutritions/ calories being 180 lbs trying to gain/maintain weght during the season?
