    Dumbbell pullovers question.

    Hey guys.
For the last three weeks I have added dumbbell pullovers to back day. I am enjoying the exercise, however am not sure on the ideal form to use. I have shown two options below. I have been using option B. But I find that I tense my neck quite a bit that way for some reason, is that normal? My neck feels strained during the exercise.

Also what are the benefits/disadvantages of using either method. Or are they just the same?

    A

    B

    Cheers Mallan.

    - I do pull overs for the chest
    - I do them similar to the 2nd pic
    - I do them with my ass closer to the ground and closer the the seat, more of a cuve in my body.

I do pullovers like B, much better for hip flexor development if your looking at it from a functional perspective.
