I would get one without the spotter platforms if you can. No need for them if training by yourself. Would get in the way more than anything. What kind of deal are you getting on it?

no not training by myself, train with my girl and need her to spot me getting up to some really heavy weights.
I found it for around $475 but trying to find a better deal.

Agree with this if you are putting it in a power rack. If you are planning on doing incline benching then make sure you dont have anything that those spotter stands would hit when pushing your bench all the way to the back of your power rack.Originally Posted by triplechris

My Hoist bench has its wheels way out to the sides and clears the foot pegs and I can push my bench all the way back which is needed when I'm doing incline benching. Ok I understand what you are saying about the pegs. It looks like they might fold up, I am going to call the company and ask. Thank you so much for bringing that issue up.
On the site I am looking to buy it at they are asking $475 plus they said about $100 shipping.

Is anyone else doubting the 185lb shipping weight?
