Animal pak vs. Opti men?? can be compared?

looking into getting a good vitamin pack for my workout

was concidering getting the optimum 100%whey protein and noticed it says stacks well with opti men.

although i was previously looking at animal pak for their reviews...

any experience on either?
can either be compared?

Animal Pak contain bovine, essential to growing lean muscle mass as well as acting like a IGF when taken at the right time, how many other multi's do you know have this?

Btw look at the percentages of vitamins in the Pak and then look at the percentage of vitamins in Opti Men.

Price-wise it is defintely worth it, Pak is absorbed into the system longer than a regular multi.

Plus it has essential nutrients to help pack lean muscle on.

Pak you might also feel a slight energy increase,nothing dramatic though.
