haven't touched a weight in a week and 1/2
Yep.. CC has my legs sore and I'm on rippetoes.. oh well... **** lifting it will be forever before I even look good.

I used to think that all the time...and just when I think that, people compliment me on my transformation... usually for my weightloss, and ****, but soon enough people will call me ripped (far from it, but with my dedication I WILL get there). But I realized thinking that "man this will take forever until i look good" I learned to stfu and suck it up...enjoy the ride  .
Nothing like setting PR's...nothing like improving.
You will only Improve from where you are now, and with you mentality, you're on a crash coarse for epic-fail.

1 year ago I could only do 50 x5 now I can do like 95x5 on bench.. not that great of improvement.. It's something like that 100x3 or 100x4 on bench.

lifting weights builds more character, discipline, strength, and both physical and mental toughness than any activity i have ever seen, maybe you can name something that does a better job of developing these traits?

umm, well you almost doubled your lifts?
You're probably not that dedicated brah.
I've been working out a bit over 3 months, and I've nearly doubled all my lifts...while losing bodyfat.
Keep in mind these are what I rep, so when I say PR, its not my ROM its my rep x8 (atleast)
Lat pulldowns 60 -> 110 (pr today  )
Bicep cable curls 40 -> 95 (Pr today..bout 60 degree RoM)
Barbell curls 15 -> 30 (PR today)
Hammer Curls 15 -> 25 (Pr last week)
Machine Hack Squats 135 -> 180 (recently started about 3 weeks ago)
Deadlifts 135 -> 180 (recently started about 3 weeks ago too)
Benchpress 100-> 120 (started about a month ago)
Seated rows 50 -> 90 (PR today, keep in mind this is using good form squeezing my upper back, and sitting still using slow motion...not like the people that slide back and forth using all momentum >.>)
Leg Extentions 120 ->220 (PR was set before I started squats...now i startoff my workout with squats, and my legs are dead by the time i get to leg extentions)
Leg Press 300-> 380 (supersets w/ my machine hack squats)
I mean there are a bunch more exercises that arent off of the top of my head...but im setting PR's left and right, and im only improving.
I set PR's on almost every exercise i did today (everything but deadlifts), and i didnt use a PWO drink....=]
My energy has went to INSANE levels since I got off of my cut a week and a half ago.
My trick is...eat tons of protein and eat lots. When you want to give up DONT BITCH OUT, KEEP ****ING LIFTING TILL YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE GOING TO DIE. Thats what I do....I make sure I go till absolute failure...never back down.
