So I started working out 5 months ago. The first 2 pics are taken after just 3 weeks, but the rest are after 4 months after I started working out. I'm 5'9" and weigh 156 pounds. How much do I need to gain/lose to get that lean look and also get bigger? Any good programs?

honestly looks like your gaining fine on your current program... if you want to make better gains best way is to eat better, get lots of clean food like chicken etc and eat tons of it. Most people will also tell you that you'll gain muscle better if you focus mainly on compound lifts (ie squats, deadlifts, bb rows, bench press etc)

big improvement for sure. Every program out there "works" provided you put in the requisite effort. Keep lifting hard/heavy, focus on compound movements and keep the diet clean. Make sure you get your 1.5-2gms of protein per lb of LBM. It won't take 4 weeks though. Give it 6 months of doing that consistently and you'll see a huge change.
