    Question Do you think this split is good?

    Monday - Chest, Triceps
    Tuesday - Shoulders, Abs
    Wednesday - Bicycle/Spinning 35-40 minutes at morning
    Thursday - Back, Biceps
    Friday - Jog 30 minutes at morning
    Saturday - Legs, calves, forearms
    Sunday - Rest

    I want to build my upper-body and burn some fat.
    Should I change anything?

    burn fat, huh, how much do you weigh and what is your body fat %?
    you really dont have to do all that cardio with the right diet and the right training with weight you can lose fat.

    if the cardio is mild then id say ok.
    and remember, imo, the chest/tri and back/bi combo is not the best for gaining mass.
    its good for strength and should be cycled.
    right now im doing no cardio at all during my bulking.
