Monday - Chest, Triceps
Tuesday - Shoulders, Abs
Wednesday - Bicycle/Spinning 35-40 minutes at morning
Thursday - Back, Biceps
Friday - Jog 30 minutes at morning
Saturday - Legs, calves, forearms
Sunday - Rest
I want to build my upper-body and burn some fat.
Should I change anything?
