PROGRESS AFTER 3 weeks off GYM. CHEST PIC
after doing push ups almost every day my chest has inflated since being off gym for 3 weeks now. this is a pic of my 44.5 inch chest. 5 months total time at the gym in space of 11 month period. had a lot of gaps accumulating to 6 months off. i am 6"2' therefore have a larger frame than a lot of people shorter than me. results in me not needing to have as much muscle in chest area to acheive 44.5. shouldeers now 52

cause ppl always question how long ive gone to gym. they say i made this account 11 months ago therefore they think ive been trainign that long. when in fact ive had month breaks etc due to not having memberships. never seem to get that ive been to gym in for total of 5 months. thats why they come with ridiculous descriptions bro.

thanks mata. ive also been tryign these thigns calleed handstand push ups. i got 4 reps to start with, now im geting 10 reps each set. strength in shoulders has increased heaps from them. realy recomend them

i do 5 sets of 30 push ups. sometimes with my legs on chair to work upper chest more, then 3 sets of 10 clap pushups, then 4 sets of 8-10 handstand push ups.

We can't see shit because of your hand/cell phone. Also, what are we supposed to say? Rest is important? We know. Retake the photo if you want "oohs" and "ahhs" so people can actually see something.
