Another Arm thread
I know theres about a million but the responses are ****.
Mine havent grown for about 5 months ( no joke) i checked progress pics earlier and measured 0% difference. i never used to work arms at all i just assumed back and chest would cover them. so recently i've started working them quite hard and getting lack of gains. i dont know if i should increase my volume? i'm doing roughly 2-3 sets for bi's and tri's 8 reps per week. recently i started working chest twice a week and gains have been better. would this suggest more volume on the arms is a good idea? taking into consideration arms are a small muscle group.
Those wanting to know my diet, i have been cutting for the last 3 months which may explain a lot, i'm currently on keto with macros of fat: 110g prot: 210 carbs:30-50g. but keto has only been recent before i was on roughly prot: 300 carb :200-250 fat:30-50.

I'd hit them twice a week personally.... perhaps even seperate them out .... (tris with chest day... bi's with back day). Besides that your rest and food intake are going to be really important. Trying to get bigger arms while cutting is going to be very difficult... but if you continue to hit them hard you should notice a difference. Perhaps switch up the exercises you do for your arms... change up the rep scheme... things like that. Try to shock your body
