Big and lean !
Ok so i hate making new threads but here it goes. I got my workout in check, my supplements in check... and i feel like i could learn more about nutrition. So i want to know what do i need to include/exclude out of my diet to keep getting bigger but to get leaner (i want my skin to straight up hug my muscles). Want to be big, defined and vascular. Right now i watch what i eat. I stay away from white flour, junk food... i take high protein, moderate carbs, lots of liquids.

So you are bulking? What are you trying to bulk to? It's really hard to drop bf and bulk at the same time. In fact almost impossible unless you monitor your macros to the T and even then there will be some fat gain.
Try clean bulk to whatever you want then do a minor cut. It shouldn't be that much to cut if the bulk was clean. Go get your BF % checked out.

Yeah i want to bulk to 185 at least. I know its hard to drop bf and bulk at the same time, but i got all the time in the world. Even at this point i want to have more definition and vascularity. So i was just thinking, is there anything i should definitely stay away from if i want a tighter look ? Oh i recently checked my bf at my gym with one of those hand held bf checking machines and it was 8.5%, im sure thats off, i feel like it should be more like %10-11.

Hand held machines tend to give you a rough idea of your upper body's BF%, and stand-on machines tend to mostly indicate your lower body. The better tests are a proper caliper test or a submersion test, but if that machine told you you're 8.5%, write it down and keep using the same machine, it'll give you a way to track your progress.
As far as your goals go, you need to be more realistic. If you want to get this done in a timely fashion, and you want to see results as you go, you should stick to a 'bulking' and a 'cutting' phase. All that matters is that you keep your calories above maintenance on your bulk and below on your cut. The idea is you'll put on more muscle if you've got calories in excess in your diet and you make sure you get proper rest and nutrition. Once you feel you've gained enough weight, or you've reached a strength goal, you switch over to your cut, drop a few hundred calories below maintenance, carry on your workouts and watch the fat drop, and it will.

I would give it more than 2.5 hours before writing off an entire section worth of minds.

These kinds of questions are overlooked by most of the good posters on here, why?
-The information is in the stickies
-These types of questions are asked on a daily basis.
Spend an afternoon/evening/whatever browsing the stickies, they're there for a reason/
