edit: just watched the video and you're going to have some ****ed up biceps in the future. You should definitely stretch them completely, instead of doing half-reps.

I'm just not impressed by your curl. You could curl 200lbs like that and I wouldn't care. Compound lift stats are a lot more impressive, in my opinion. Any jackass can get good at curling if they do it enough.
