How much do you squat? Post some vids of you squatting.

Wait, do most people preacher curl like that? That was like half of the ROM I use when I preacher. Not sure if I'm abnormal or if everyone else is.

I'm just not impressed by your curl. You could curl 200lbs like that and I wouldn't care. Compound lift stats are a lot more impressive, in my opinion. Any jackass can get good at curling if they do it enough.
