Hows my Lean Mass Diet look?

right now im 186 lbs... 10 or 11 % bodyfat looking to get up to 200 lbs
ive been working with a bodybuilder to construct my diet what do you guys think?


Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun

Meal 1
1.5 cups oatmeal
6 egg whites 2 whole eggs
3 slices of low fat/low sodium bacon

Meal 2
8 oz Ground Beef
1.5 (dry) cups of whole wheat pasta
low cal pasta sauce

Meal 3
2 cans of tuna
1.5 cups whole wheat pasta

Meal 4 Preworkout
2 Slices whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons naturally more flaxseed peanut butter

Meal 5 Postworkout
1/2 Serving of Serious Mass

Meal 6
6 to 8 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup green beans

Meal 7
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons naturally more peanut butter


Tue, Thur

Meal 1
1.5 cups oatmeal
7 eggwhites 3 yolks

Meal 2
2 peanut butter sandwhiches on whole wheat bread
1 scoop of whey protein

Meal 3
6 to 8 oz chicken breast
1.5 cup brown rice

Meal 4
2 cans tuna
1.5 cup brown rice or pasta

Meal 5
1/2 serving serious mass

Meal 6
6 to 8 oz ground beef
1 cup green veggies
1/2 cup brown rice

Meal 7
1 cup cottage cheese
2 scoops peanut butter

didnt really add it up but its about 6-750 calories per meal which is what i strive for

75-85 carbs grams

40 to 50 protein grams

10 to 20 fat grams
