I'm starting out a new work out routine thats going to be different from any one ive tried before. I have all my supplements I want to use in this month but I have one question.
When is the best time to take your amino acid supplements to get the optimum use out of them?
I use to take a dose when i woke up at lunch and in the evening but is there a better way to schedual taking them that works more effectively?

With meal I assume the uptake will get way slower / it will be similar to any other protein source. I would prefer to take it slightly before the meal in that case.
Don't know if inbetween or before is better. Maybe before you lose the advantage the protein in the food would have, but on the other side those amino acids is around longer and could be used in the protein synthesis if needed (though probably aren't ...)

Gotta go with the pre and post crowd. When I did triathlons which was constant cardio I was on Twin Labs Aminio Fuel for pre (20 min before on fairly empty stomach) as in not with a meal. Post was w/i 20 min after to aid recovery. It really worked well for me. I could tell the difference in energy and stamina.

I have a jar of Primaforce bulk BCAAs (unflavored) and I just toss a serving in with my pre- on training days or my morning whey shake (Javapro).

Pre, during, no post (just use or eat protein post), and between meals.
