not sore?
okay guys well i just have some questions about muscle soreness..... my arms and chest dont seem to get as sore as they used to.. my abs and legs definately do but i ussually never worked them out untill my new spread.. i am upping my weight in every aspect and have a great arm pump and chest pump if you will... i take in alot of protein and drink NOxplode before workouts... does the no soreness mean i am not getting the workout i should ang go harder? or is it just because i take in alot of protein and eat healthy that my muscles recover faster... thanks alot guys,
