    3months bulk- EPIC FAIL OR SUCCESS? PICS INCLUDED

    3 MONTHS BULK

    START - 80KG - JULY 2009

    CURRENT- 89KG- SEPTEMBER 2009

    supplements-

    MUSCLE MILK weight gainer- 71g of protein per serving, plus 195g of carbs

    NO XPLODE

    biggest improvement- bench from 60kg to 90kg

    none of my clothes fit me anymore but is it because im jst a fat blob now or is this a success

    What should i do now?/

    continue to bulk or cutup?
