My quads are, to put it nicely, a "strong point", and I would be hard-pressed to find an exercise that DOESN'T grow them. The core of my leg workout has always been squats, front squats, lunges, and occasionally step ups. I also do 90% of my cardio on the precor (elliptical) at high resistance, so that has surely contributed to their growth as well. In my mind, my quads are too big, but I'm sure it's more an issue of having a little more fat to lose.

Me too. Unfortunately. I'm a guy, and the girlz expect lifters to have huge biceps and pecs. They don't look at my legs :-)

I actually look at guys' legs and glutes. To me, it's a turn off when guys have big upper bodies but chicken legs and nothing happening on the backside. Balance is good. All the pecs and biceps can't make up for greats legs and glutes.

Mine are still far from big, but are much bigger than they were. My jeans are starting to feel tight around them (but are too big around the waist - can't ever find good fitting trousers). I used to have fairly thick thighs, but don't seem to have gained much weight there atall since the anorexia, so my legs are very different to how they used to be!

Most women I know agree with Tiffany, especially if ah um! is being done with the lights on.
On the flip side, there is nothing like a woman with a hard firm upper body and legs and glutes to match!

That is absolutely incorrect my friend!!! Let me tell you, it is a pep peev of mine to see guys with a big/strong upper body and nothing going on in their butt and thighs!!! Its like looking at a hummer sitting on volkswagon wheels. I ALWAYS LOOK AT THE BUTT AND THIGHS, if they're sagging or malnutritioned its a HUGE TURN OFF!
Just thought you might like another view point! ;-)

I used to think i had big quads, until i started losing fat, it's not the WHOLE quad, just like the lateral muscle that really buldges out, what built those up like that, a few months of kung fu, and the excercizes that Kimm suggested, i was doing those for a while an saw growth...i'd do those.

Not true! It's not hot when a guy has a HUGE upper body and little stick legs. We do look at legs and/or butt!

fit, looks like you've been paying your legs a lot of attention. Nice work.
To a man, legs are usually not as seen as being important because we don't wear such revealing clothing as women do. That being said, bbing is all about balance and symmetry (to me at least) so I pay them just as much attention as the rest of my body. And, from reading a couple of these posts, I need to keep my behind in shape!

I've been trying to bring them up a lot! They're lagging a bit Thank you!
And yes, good wheels on a guy are DEFINITELY a +...and we admire them just as much as anything else.
