    i need help with cardio

    ive never really focused on cardio but ive heard that it is the most important part of bodybuilding.. so is diet an nutrition
    everytime i try to run or do other cardio workouts i get tired and lazy
    what cardio workouts are there that i can do to lose weight mainly in my legs and ab area?
    i need as much help i can get on cardio

    you can't pinpoint an area in which you'd like to lose fat at.
    A lot of people enjoy swimming....try swimming

    yea swimming is great... another one i did today was run 20 yards while dragging a 60lb log behind me while running (like a sled/parachute). my heart almost beat out of my chest.

    just go on cross trainers for 10mins or so then switch to the bike for 10mins and so on...i find it hard staying on 1 machine..and your abs will most probly be the last place to lose the flab haha

    well swimming is a very fun thing to do. especially durin these hot times.
    i want activities like swimming that are not just fun but also good cardio.
    are there alot more sports or things that make u active and make u lose weight at the same time?

    5 minutes hard jump rope = 1 mile run
