I think they're great on a bulk.
They could use a little more protein though...

Yes and people always underestimate the good in fats.
As far as I know, saturated fats = test production.

I absolutely love the chocolate kind. It's a great pre-sleep protein. It tastes incredible, has good calorie/protein, and the texture doesn't bother me at all. I'm a big fan.

I love this stuff so much. I love the vanilla creme. I got it today because I was too lazy to make a protein shake. Hehe I mixed whey into it (like 4th of a scoops, u mad brah?) it was awesome. Its good though, I buy it if I'm on vacation and need a protein fix after a workout, works good. My uncle happened to have it in his fridge in mass amounts so I was like wooah!

well out of the nine grams it's only telling me 1.5 is saturated and 0 trans, which leaves me to believe that the other is monounsaturated fat

Monosodiumglutemate.
I think it's a preservative (correct me if I'm wrong)
It's really bad for you.
Edit: It's a flavor enhancer / additive.
It's in alot of chinese and mexican food.
Apparently it's really not bad for you at all.
Wikipedia it, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Read the wiki article if you want: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monosodium_glutamate
Supposedly it's not as bad as people make it out to be.

All I know is that stuff can give some people major headaches and digestive problems. My mom and dad are both sensitive to it.
