History: I can't tell you how thrilled I am to finally stick with a running program for the first time in my life (see running log). I've lifted for 22 years off & on, and somewhat consistent but never running the distance consistently. It seems I've done every split known including 2-3 times a day to 1 workout a week. The most I've ever taken off from workouts completely was 3-5 months a couple of times over the recent years.
I've eaten tons of fast food for so long that I'm pretty much addicted to all the chemical additives, but I'll also attempt to eat healthy too in order to have some balance.
Smoking cigs was a stupid habit of mine moons ago for almost a decade, and recently I was back chain smoken for 6 months up to pack&1/2 a day where my strength seemed to gradually cut in half in that time. Quit that business as of beginning of June. Unfortunately, I light up on occasion only in a social setting but I quit buying them which is where I ran into real trouble!
I've never toyed w/ synthetic illegal substances ever, never will! The onset of new and exicting supplements that may or may not give an edge to bbing
^-this plus I would rather seek a lifelong natural appearance to my physique...
{relevant past supps} Unipro had been my supplement company of choice for over 10 years - I've used Unipro's Tribulus Synergy years ago and felt some good benefits as far as libido. Tried a unknown brand of DHEA once ten years ago briefly but never consistent because it immediately made me feel and act way 'too' weird. Recently a test booster that I've purchased cheap and never took consistently was CryoTest - the stuff makes me so sleepy (melatonin), I only remember to take when I want to enjoy a sleepy workout in the evening. However, Cryotest will not be taken in conjunction with this run at all.
Goal: That's all changed recently with running... I'm looking for hardcore conditioning and more leanness. Also a half marathon by the end of the year.
Training: I will still log my activities/training in my running log. My workouts are typically full body most days anywhere from 2-5 times a week. I just go in and lift so I don't like to take the time to write what all I am doing down because I feel like it detracts focus+energy. Every workout week/day is often different as to keep me excited about it. Workout lengths are sometimes really short and other times extremely long depending on scheduled work. I might take a complete week off if I don't have time or even if I do.
-This log will be an attempt to show diet because I have no idea how much of anything I've been eating<?>. The last time I tracked my protein/fat/carb calories was back in '96.
Diet: I've lost definite fat weight recently and sacrificed some muscle (my running bud says a lot) through running mainly because my calories are extremely low - Summertime does it to me every year. In a way, I'm glad because I actually feel much better. Yesterday's energy was zapped and I had to force feed myself grocery baked chicken at work around noon even though I wasn't a bit hungry. Other days, I can gorge myself with pizza and icecream no problem! My side work is very physical and I know I should be consuming at least twice - maybe 3 times the calories, with all the running especially. Today as I type this, I haven't eaten yet *boiling eggs now* and I'm running this evening.
Supps: I'm out of a weight gainer so come Mon, I'll be ordering my favorite from bb.com. Other protein supps that I've used and will be using:
NSP Power Beef-Liver and Universal Uni-liver
Arizona Nutritional Science NitroFusion.
-New in addition: Gaspari MyoFusion (THX Gaspari Nutrition)!
Plus my regular nutritional support and PreWO supplements -noting my preWO supps in my running log.
There is a wait on the testosterone results.

Thanks! My schedule w/ food/supps is a hodgepodge, no rhyme but there is a reason. The good thing is fresh ripe tomatoes are plentiful right now... itchin' to make some homemade spaghetti sauce.

Great detail in your log. Great honesty about your um....'diet'. I am a big fan/user (blood tested before/after now twice) of NXT. I have sought out Rich to tell him how much I am impressed (as is my Doc) with this product. Little Baldie is also a big fan.
