    Nutrition, steriode, creatine...

    Hello everybody !

    I'm french and I'm obliged to visit a foreign forum to find informations which I need. Sorry for my bad english. If someone speak french here it would be a pleasure to speak on msn. I specify that I'm vegetarian.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    First here is a standard day for nutrition, what you think about it :

    9:30 AM
    100 gr rolled oats + 200 gr of milk of soya + 2 hard-boiled eggs

    12:30 PM
    150 gr of vegetables + 10 gr of oil (nut, colza, olive, sunflower) + 30 gr wholewheat bread + 350 gr cooked complete pastes + 50 gr chick-peas + 100 gr of vegetable sausage (tofu) + 1 fruit

    4 PM
    350 g of soft white cheese 0% + 35 g white sugar

    7 PM
    150 gr of vegetables + 5 gr of oil (nut, colza, olive, sunflower) + 100 gr of vegetable sausage (corn gluten) + 100 gr kidney bean + 30 gr wholewheat bread + 20 gr cheese + 1 fruit

    10 PM
    350 g of soft white cheese 0% + 35 g white sugar

    calories = 2800
    proteins = 150 gr
    glucids = 350 gr
    lipids = 80 gr

    I drink 2/3 lters of water each day with 5 gr of creatine.

    What do you think ?

    ? + 1 repetition with each exercise on each next training
    o max 12 rep back/triceps
    o max 20 rep legs
    o max 15 rep shoulders/biceps
    o max 30 rep calves
    o max 50 rep abdominos
    ? once the max. number of repetitions reached, increase the weight

    1 mn 30 of rest between each series even exercise/even muscle
    3 mn of rest between each exercise of different muscle

    MONDAY
    5 mn bicycle
    Triad Lafay (dips/pumps)
    Squat 3 X 10 X 40
    Rowing bars 3 X 10 X 30
    Developed lying tilted 3 X 10 X 10
    Developed lying 3 X 10 X 40
    Curl deteriorates 3 X 10 X 10
    Kick back 3 X 10 X 7
    Calf upright 3 X 20 X 22
    Crunch 4 X 30
    Sleeving

    WEDNESDAY
    5 mn bicycle
