****ing eyeball that **** brah.
that's what i do.
I mix my batch (base w/ oatmeal)
Someone asked above for a recipe, so i'll just throw mine in
about 4 cups of oatmeal (but again, eyeballing it)
4 scoops of protein powder (i use casein or On Whey depending on whats closest at the time. preferably chocolate flavored)
1/4th cup of low sugar peanut butter (although I've been experimenting with fresh made peanut butter - there's a place up the street that's called Nuts to You and you can buy any type of nut and they've got a machine that will grind it into peanut butter (so nothing but peanuts) for free. Gonna try with cashews and almond butter next week)
Melt 1/3rd stick of butter (i know, i know, but i haven't found something to replace it with) w/ several squares of baking chocolate (not candybars, but actual baking chocolate) then add 1/4 cup splenda, a few dashes of vanilla, and about a cup or so of water,
then mix it all together.
add some water if it's still a bit too dry to mix properly.
Makes about 33-40 cookies depending on size. (add more or less of any of the above as needed).
use a big spoon to make the cookies, and put them on wax paper placed on a baking tray. once filled, put them in the fridge and let them cool/harden. Cookies will stay good for about two weeks in the fridge (i like them cold).
If anyone can improve on this, reps will come your way.
