Toney Freeman
Sort of an update on him, this was his facebook status. There doesn't seem to be much hype about him but at last years O he brought quite the physique...

For his height and weight, a 32" waist is top class!

I dont think he necessarily gets screwed. He is so inconsistent with his condition. He won the Tampa Bay and the Europa last year when he came in shape

He hasn't placed as high as he should have at other shows. Judges seem to penalise tall and aesthetic physiques.

lol at people always saying he gets screwed. Crack me up.
He's got a symmetry throwing pec tear and doesn't always hit his mark conditioning-wise. Please show me pics and numbers of said screwing.

pec tear/10
That will always cost him. He needs more thickness to dominate the smaller guys. Even though he is bigger than them.
hope this helps.

BTW, Jay should have placed behind a few more guys than just Freeman last year, bit of a joke.

Tony is tremendous from the front, but once it comes to side and back the thickness just aint there.
Realistically at this age i don't see him making the necessary gains, but who knows.

what are you talking about?
He's won some smaller shows and has placed as high as 3rd at the Arnold Classic. Only thing was I had him beating Wolf at the Olympia last year.
