So i took a body fat percentage test and it said i had 4.3 percent body fat, but my abbs just arent where i want them. it feels like i have just extra skin over them or sometihng lol covering the lower abbs. just wondering what i can do to get my lower abbs and stuff to show more. tighten the skin or something idk. i do abb excersises but idk, just wondering if theres something i can do. any help and input is appreciated. thanx

4.3%? Either the bf test was grossly inaccurate or your super-obsessive.
I do snatch pulls in the gym so I can do snatch pulls in the bars. And I ALWAYS use a hook grip.

I question the accuracy of your BF test. 4.3% is shredded to the MAX.
If you want your abs to show more you might need to build them up a bit.

I have the same problem. I think some of it has to do with genetics too. I took three bf tests. Two at one gym and one at another. The average for all three was 4% bf but my lower abs are almost unnoticeable. Ive tried doing leg lifts with little to no avail. It may just be that our genetics don't let us have lower abs. My upper four are solid just like yours though.

hahaha pisses me off. idk what to do. everyone tells me i should just eat massive amounts of good high quality foods and it`ll make me my muscle get bigger with not too much fat so i`ll actually loo kripped. idk though haha i hae a hard time with patience and goign throguh a full bulk cycle cuz i always feel like i`m just getting fat so i end up running and stuff again. I think i`m counter productive with myself. idk i`ll try to work harder at my lower abbs i guess. i mean by touch their solid, but by sight...not so much.
Try doing 4 to 5 different ab exercises. Once your not too sore try doing them daily. If that doesn't work it may just be a genetic thang or it wasn't meant to be.
Some pol have 4 packs , some have 6, and some have 8. It's all genetics and you gotta work with what you got.
It seems like u train good so u just might have a six pack, no biggie

Really, you don't have 4%bf based on that picture, You look to be around where I am and I would say more around 8-12% (your pic is a little fuzzy). Body Impedance devices can be notoriously inaccurate if not used properly (and even then, each device can have a 2-5% deviance--higher if a cheap model)... I've had the same problem as you with some models reading me very low (if I am over/underhydrated)
My advice, if you want to get an accurate reading, go get an experienced trainer or doctor to take caliper measurements. An experienced person can get you a reading in minutes and it won't have as many variables. Calipers done right are the second closest in accuracy as being dunked in water.
