Workout program from Jan 07 Muscle and Fitness
Basically you work every muscle group twice a week. In weeks 1-3 you do heavy weight with low reps. Then week 4 you go extremely high reps with low weight. Weeks 5-7 You use moderate weight and reps, week 8 is extremely high reps and low weight again. Weeks 9-11 is high reps with lower weight and then for week 12 you repeat the extremely high reps routine again. It is supposed to be a mass builder.
What do you guys think of this program. I have never used a magazine program before, but this one interests me very much.
Thanks,
Abrams

Whose broad stripes and bright stars, through the perilous fight, or the ramparts we watched,
were so gallantly streaming.
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
gave proof through the night, that our flag was still there.
Oh-oh say does that star spangled banner yet wave,
O'er the land of the free, and the home of the brave?

Yeah, kinda hoping somebody that's seen the magazine will post. Just the exact sets/reps/exercises from the magazine took two complete pages, so I don't have time to post it right now as it would be a book.
I'll have to post it up later.
Regards,
Abrams

This is very similar to what my Dad and I do for workouts. However we don't plan it out for a certain amout of weeks. It changes per workout, and bodypart.
Heavy = 3-5 sets x 5-8 reps
Moderate = 3-5 sets x 10-12 reps
Light = 4 sets x 15-20 reps
