My foot is ****ked up
Right now i cant ****ing really walk or fit into my shoe, my left foot is also swollen just not as bad. All from bug bites. **** is bruised and feels like i have river shoes on with water in them, i literally feel like **** is moving around in my foot when i walk.

with some epsom salt.Add 2 cups epsom salt to a warm bath
