Slight confusion about carb-up
I've been poking around the forum looking for some kind of consensus on whether or not there is a preferred source of carbs for higher carb days. Fruit? Whole grains? Starchy veggies? Does it matter? My current diet is consistent day to day but I'm looking into the possibility of trying carb cycling. Maybe.
I ask this question here because there are threads in other sections in which the majority of posters don't think it makes one bit of difference (carbz are carbz, brah, srsly) and others in which they do (fruit ain't gonna replenish your storez, brah!). So I thought I would consult with you guys. Many thanks in advance!
