Set up the smith machine with a 45 plate on either side
grab a 25 plate or bigger and hold it
sit on the bench and holding the weight do:
20 Jackknives
20 Twists on each side ( 40 total ) and put the weight down
20 free Jackknives
20 Bicycle kicks each leg ( 40 total ) and lay down and pick up the bar and hold it
10 Leg lifts and cross one leg over the other ( put your left foot on your right knee )
10 cross legged lifts each leg ( 20 total )
Rack the weight.
That counts as one set.
I do three - first set with a 25, then 35, then 45.
