Supplement that SLOWS down your metabolism?!?

Does such a supplement exist? I am a hardgainer and everywhere I read it says that bodybuilders should always eat 6 small meals a day to keep their metabolism going and to take in protein and carbs and everything else you may need throughout the day. What about us hardgainers? Shouldn't we actually be eating 3 or 4 big meals a day, but then we kind of suffer because we may not be getting the intake of calories/protein/carbs that we need to gain weight. So, is there anything...pill, drink mix, or what have you that can actually slow down ones metabolism to make weight gain a little easier?

    Body weight - 179 lbs
    Current MAX

    Bench - 340 lbs
    Squat - 435 lbs
Deadlift - 410 (didn't actually max this, but I did it for 2 reps in the middle of my 10 week program, so I will count it)

    Current total - 1185 raw @ 180 lbs

eat slower digesting foods. low GI stuff.

more complex carbs, complex proteins (casein powder instead of whey for example), have fats with every meal

You are fine with the 5-6 meals a day just make sure you are getting enought cals. When I was trying to put on weight I thought I was getting enough but when I sat down and counted I was only getting about 3500. Once I bumped it to 4500 I started to put on some lbs slow. It will take time but you can do it.

thanks, I try to overload on calories, i have a weight gainer shake thats about 800 cals right before bed, throughout the day I have 2 other regular protein shakes, about 120 cals a piece. Also I eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, tuna fish sandwiches, I mix it up day to day...and most days I have some kind of pasta, I'm eating mac and cheese right now and after the math the whole box is over 1200 calories. So I guess I just gotta stay consistent and keep pounding down the food everyday.

I have an extremely fast metabolism too... I just stopped eating snacks totally and had an actual meal about every 2 hrs. that seemed to help a lot bc i actually felt hungry every time the 2 hrs came about lol

edit: to answer your question.. maybe Controlled Labs Black Hole?
