cuz i live in rural oklahoma and my gym is ghetto as **** lol! it has a power rack and the safety bars but no other hooks/short bars to rest the bar on at shoulder height.  just have to make due with what i have for now.

ya its not great. genetics are a bitch man. keep in mind there are natural guys who rep 495 and make u look like weaksauce too
i started out 4yrs ago using 95lb for bench, squat and deadlift. i've come a little ways since then, dont hate.

Learn to sit back on your squat... also get a belt that actually works.
PS. Tell your spotter to back off, might help you sit back more.

ok looks like i need a new belt! this whole sitting back thing is a lot F'n harder than it sounds lol!

They are nuts live. Saw them with In Flames last year and Gojira stole the god damn show.
And I bought tickets to see Metallica/Lamb Of God in Albany, NY. No less than a week later, Gojira joins the OTHER half of the tour... F*CK! That would be my dream show.

i hear you. my gym has 2 power racks, but the hooks for squats are insanely high. i'm too short to do squats on them lol. you'd have to be 6'1+ to use it comfortably. prolly the first time my height has ever prevented me from doing something.
