anything is fine as long as at the end of the day you are in a calorie deficit and have enough protein/efas and fiber.

This. Personally, I'd go with option 3 because I love cereal to death.

Like they said- it all comes down to your diet for fat loss.
But besides that=They all look good- but there needs to be more information- do you work out post eating breakfast or later in the day? How long after this meal do you eat again and what are you eating?

ps- personally I like cereal for breakfast as well...but you could most likely even have cereal and a shake (depending on the whey)- Eating breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day- Make complex carbs your first choice and make sure you get your fiber early in the day to prevent gas/constipation. I normally have Kashi go-lean cereal with a scoop of Whey (100 cals/no fat/ 24g protein/ 2 carbs) and 3 egg whites and 2 pieces of Turkey Bacon. But I lift after or before that....

It comes down to your total cals in versus cals burned, one meal (shouldn't) ruin that.

^ true- also remember- Breakfast should be your biggest/most rounded meal of the day. It's what starts your body and gets your metabolism going. Making smart choices like oats/whole grains/clean proteins all play a vital role in your goals and your day.

I'm personally not impressed by any of these suggestions...you can make a better choice.

    1. Wheat bread sucks...its just white bread w/ molassas many times...if the 1st ingredient listed isn't 100% whole wheat I say its a waste of money and TASTE quite frankly. I would take WW bread, cook those eggs in a pan, fold them up...some ketchup...toasted bread. Yes please. Or swap the cream cheese for natural peanut butter.

    2. I never recommend people start the day with a shake. Breakfast is such a wonderful opportunity to take in solid calories to keep you going all day. You'll be hungry shortly after. Shake--> post workout....Breakfast-->Food.

    3. I eat more fiber one than my body probably wants...great stuff. But a half a cup? I eat that amount without paying attention. If I was you I'd take Fiber One and mix it with berries, cottage cheese (or yogurt)...(personally milk just never fills me up or helps).

Fall in love with oatmeal my friend...anyone trying to loose weight should worship the bowl that gives you more food when cooked and has so few calories.

It goes in Tupperware...you can take it to class if you're in a rush.
