How many cals did you eat before your bulk and how many are ya eating now?

Hey, i cut down 12 lb in a 1000-1200 calorie deficit but wasnt happy as i looked fat skinny lol i stopped for a month or two and went abit crazy putting 5 lb on and now im on a 3000-4000 calorie bulk

Once again, had a pretty good workout with steady increases and dropped a couple a little bit lower to get my form perfect

im just increasing by 2.5kg each time in most exercises and seeing how it goes ive still got the squat and DL strength and didnt reset them too much

At this point i lost all motivation, i was still sore from the last two days, i was happy with my squats as i improved my form and went up in weight, but equally my stiff legged deadlift form was not good.

nice squats, my SLDL form is **** atm too, I am trying to fix it but it is quite a difficult lift IMO
yeah, just had a really bad day that day, going to head off to the gym later to complete my last day of the week as i only had 4 hours sleep yesterday and didnt g.
squat and DL seem to be my favourite and easiest to get up, want to hit 100kgx5 in the squat by next month
