dockers bulk me up log

Before anyone says it, yes i am a high bodyfat, yes i am going to bulk and yes i will look like the blob that made you **** your pants when you were 8

175lb
Bench Press: 145 lb
Squat: 200 lb
Deadlift: 255 lb

GOAL
195 lb
Bench Press: 220 lb
Squat: 310 lb
Deadlift: 400 lb

My plan is to bulk for 6 months, my diet will consist mostly of chicken, whole wheat bread, and whatever i get fed for dinner

My workout will be from a sticky done by jaxxed fibraz

Juuus curious...
Hey, i cut down 12 lb in a 1000-1200 calorie deficit but wasnt happy as i looked fat skinny lol i stopped for a month or two and went abit crazy putting 5 lb on and now im on a 3000-4000 calorie bulk

Just got back from Brands Hatch racetrack for the weekend but unfortunately gym closed at 6 today so im going to be going Tuesday-Friday.

At this point i lost all motivation, i was still sore from the last two days, i was happy with my squats as i improved my form and went up in weight, but equally my stiff legged deadlift form was not good.

nice squats, my SLDL form is **** atm too, I am trying to fix it but it is quite a difficult lift IMO

yeah, just had a really bad day that day, going to head off to the gym later to complete my last day of the week as i only had 4 hours sleep yesterday and didnt g.
squat and DL seem to be my favourite and easiest to get up, want to hit 100kgx5 in the squat by next month
