Appling Overload

Hey I'm trying to set up a new sorta overload protocol so I can plan when and what to overload. I'm doing a regular split ie. Delts/Legs, chest/bi, back/tri etc and I plan to overload the compound lift every week by 1 rep (keep in mind I'm starting low on the start of the 8 week cycle of the program) and then when I reach 8 or so reps I'm going to increase the weight. Well when do I overload the other lifts for example for chest

Flat Bench <- Main excersise I will focus on overloading

Incline DB Bench <- When is a good time to overload these excersises?
Incline Flies

Every week along with Flat Bench or is that too much? When you apply overload do you apply it to everything or Just 1 exercise a week or something

Thanks.
