*Advice for my supp. stack*
I am taking no-xplode and on whey, but just got a 5lb Creatine mono. bottle where one serving is 5.25 creatine and there are 52 servings. The mixture has dextrose and nearly 32g of Carbs per serving. My question is, would it be optimal to take:
30-45 mins prior to workout No-xplode. Then
Scoop and a half of the creatine towards the end of my work out?
Or should i take the creatine immed. Post-WO?
Then the on-whey somewhere arond 20 mins post-wo?
I have heard take it before and after, trying to figure if i could mix it with my no-xplode before workout?
