    Question about creatine and no-xplode/whey

    *Advice for my supp. stack*
    I am taking no-xplode and on whey, but just got a 5lb Creatine mono. bottle where one serving is 5.25 creatine and there are 52 servings. The mixture has dextrose and nearly 32g of Carbs per serving. My question is, would it be optimal to take:
    30-45 mins prior to workout No-xplode. Then
    Scoop and a half of the creatine towards the end of my work out?
    Or should i take the creatine immed. Post-WO?
    Then the on-whey somewhere arond 20 mins post-wo?

    I have heard take it before and after, trying to figure if i could mix it with my no-xplode before workout?

    yea take the no xplode 30-45 min pre, and imo it is better to take the bulk with the no xplode, or shortly after, though a half dosage should do, especially since you are most likely to take 1-2 servings of noxplode pre workout, and it already has 1 gram of CEE per serving so half a serving of your bulk supply should be sufficient. and then just save your protein for right after your workout. though if you wanted to take your bulk creatine post instead it is better to take it first and then like you said around 20 min later take the protein for optimul absorption of both.
