-I started training when I was 15.I have been training for 7 years now.I have broke many goals and have improved my body dramatically over these years.I am now wanting to start competing in bodybuilding.So my training has gotten even more intense then ihttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=377374671&posted=1#post377374671t was before.
Training Split:
-I train 6 days a week. I work out every body part twice a week. Although it is not the most common training protocol, after several years lifting with and isolating one day a week per bodypart and getting little results, i found a program that my body really responds to well. i train lower volume and high weights. I get nice consistent strength and size gains with this method. I also do martial arts 2-3 days a week and have for 16 years.

Training Experience: 2006-early 2008 stopped due to an accident. Have been lifting since Apr. 2009
Training Split: 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on(/week). I train each muscle only ONCE a week. I NEVER ever stick to a anything, I keep on shuffling exercises, body parts/days. This keeps my muscles excited and schocked and gives my the desired results in a desired time.

Not reformulated (well, we had to switch our old whey isolate for a new whey isolate, but it has the exact same specs - Pharmaceutical Grade and all - but all isolates taste completely different) - so new flavoring!

Training Split:6 on 1 off, currently body weight training, push-ups, dips, Hindu squats, chin-ups, pull up's etc. etc.
All exercises done with either weight vest or belt with weights attached to it, P.R's are recorded on a regular basis
Are you involved in a log currently: yes but will be done with it in five days

Training experience: I started training for baseball after breaking my leg in the Summer after freshman year of high school. I wanted to come back bigger and better than ever after spending 8 months on crutches. I went to the gym and trained every day of the week and got into the best shape of my life. I've continued that training after tearing my shoulder junior year of high school and am going on to play division one college baseball as I will be a freshman in college. I train and eat religiously to get the results I need on the field.
Current Training Schedule: I train 7 days a week with a chest/shoulders, legs/back, tri's/abs, bi's/forearms split. I also run, do agility training, cardio-rowing, and of course, play baseball.
Current Diet:
-Oatmeal and whey in the morning
-protein bar before the gym
-protein shake after the gym that consists of milk, whey, banana, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, peanut butter, and yogurt
-chicken, broccoli, rice for dinner
-some form of healthy snack
-delayed-released protein + milk before bed

-Centrum Multi-Vitamin
-NOW Fish Oil
-Inner Armour Superquad Protein
Short Term Goal: get in the best playing shape for baseball
Long Term Goal: make it to the big leagues
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): I've always wanted to try out a supplement and do a log for it but have never gotten such an opportunity.

sorry guys have to opt out, I got picked for a log on velocity.
