creatine in my weightgainier...?
On my workout days I use SiZeOn. Now on my non workout days can I add 1 teaspoon of monohydrate creatine to my cyto gainer shake instead of some juice or water?

I hate drinking plan creatine with juice or water because of the gritty taste. So i thought it would be a good idea to throw it in my shakes in the mournings. Thats way I really dont taste a thing.
