This sucks
Im 110-113. Everything else is normal and fit. The problem is still with the calves and its not like its muscle. I can grab an inch or more of fat even when standing and using the muscle. I was sick for 1 week and lost 6 pounds. Legs were still the same. It looks like no matter what I do, its always going to be like this. I hate it. I work so damn hard on everything else. Has anyone else had a trouble spot like this? I have tried the leg cream stuff, cla, lipo 6, seasamin, reduction.

unfortunately i believe our bodies are programed to loose fat in certain places faster than others. or at maybe it is more accurate to say we carry more fat in certain places on our bodies.
it would be nice to be able to target specific areas though wouldn`t it. i would shoot at my belly.lol

wut about high reps/volume calf training? or maybe jogging on the treadmill on a steep incline on the tips of ur toes. with a trouble spot like that high volume and high intensity training might be ur best bet.

I have this problem my moobs. Unless my BF is WWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAY low, I always have moobs.....so during a bulk, it's moob city.

I too have places on my body that BF% needs to be ridiculously low in order to loose. They are also the very first place that the fat returns.
I sympathize with you op. Being that it is lower body modulating your estrogen might be a way to accelerate the loss. I would look into I3C or massive amounts of broccoli.
