hello, im new here. i want to lose 5% of my bf. right now my bf is at 15% and my weight is 147 pounds. i've been going to the gym 2 months now. i go to the gym 5x a week. what healthy foods do i need to eat to lose 5% of my bf? and my supplement is amino 2222.
