IMO if your trying to "get lean" you might just wanna opt for whole food sources bc you will feel alot more full/satifised after eating 100-200 cals of a lean protien then just drinking 100-200 cal shake... just my 2cents

i'm trying to lean out as well and am using myofusion. i love the taste and mixability (used to use a blender, started using a shaker bottle due to the ease and convenience) and its known for having a good profile as well being pretty low in carbs/fats. i say go for it and i'd reccommend either chocolate or strawberry since ive tried chocolate and vanilla and i absolutely love chocolate but i'm not a fan of the vanilla to say the least. wouldn't hurt to give it a try tho because ive heard great things about it, as well as the strawberry, but i havent gotten around to trying that yet, hopefully i will soon though. look into myofusion, i guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I'm going to say the best protein powder to get lean is the one that REMOVES 500 calories from your daily intake.

    Ya, that one.

^^This...you have to look at your calories in versus calories out, not specific types of protein.
