About to put in a big order to BB.com for the fall... I'm attending a paramilitary boot camp style firefighting training school where breaks and downtime will be at a minimum, so I'll need to be able to refuel on the go. I typically stick to whole foods, and I plan to try to keep on with it, but I'd also like to set myself up with some protein bars that ACTUALLY TASTE GOOD and aren't full of useless ****.
Has anyone got a favourite bar I should look into? I've heard the ISS Oh Yeah bars are really good, but because I haven't really had many protein bars, and the ones I have tried are pretty awful, I'm not sure what else to try.
Any tips would be cool, and yeah I've seen the "cook your own" thread, and I'll probably try it, but my free time is literally going to be almost nothing for the 12 weeks that I'm in school. Thanks.

They are a bit pricy, but I would personally go with the new anti-aging essentials 2:1 bars. They have a great profile/ingredient list, great macro ratio, and they taste frigging amazing (both flavours). I definetely recommend these first. Cookies and cream or Oatmeal, can't go wrong
If you are looking for probably the best profile and ingredient list VPX zero impact are good, although not as tasty as above.
And for a more price friendly bar I would go with optimum diet bars, they are pretty decent
Overall, anti aging essentials are have a unreal tastes for what they have in them and impressive profile.

Cool! Thanks for the replies guys, I'll throw my order in now...
Little off topic, but if any of you use a pre-workout caffeine type mix, I just tried a sample of the new Dymatize Energized Xtreme stuff, and the blue raspberry flavor is AMAZING. I've been a superpump fan for ages, but wow this stuff is crazy good lol...
Everyone gets repped cuz I just passed my Class 3 drivers license =) ONTO FIRESCHOOL WOOO

Ended up with a box of Oh Yeah!'s, 2 boxes of the 2:1's and 2 boxes of detours. This stuff, plus what Cyde just mentioned, will last me until Christmas, when school ends. I'll probably bring a shaker cup with just protein every day, as well as a handful of mixed nuts, some kind of meat, a decent starchy carb source, some fruit, one bar and maybe a half-strength powerade. Start off with a solid breakfast before I leave and I should be good until dinner, unless I've underestimated the physical exertion involved.
