Ok I made a change to my diet and I wanted to see what people thought. I am doing "bikini" in 12 weeks and I have changed my first meal and I have also not cut salt.
the cut diets first meal was:
Meal 1
8 egg whites
1 whole egg
1.33 cup steamed spinach
6 almonds
6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries
I have changed it to 8 egg whites and 1/2 cup oatmeal. Does that sound like a big deal? I have been eating eggs for so long its easier to grind them into oatmeal... it is a trick tactic.
Does anyone think this is a big deal? Will the diet still work? Please help me Thanks
As long as it doesnt effect your caloric intake, meaning if its bumping it over 1200 calories thats the only problem. Other than that you might even feel better having more energy because of the carbs in the morning. Everything should be fine.
