    Smile Favorite Tuna Delicacy (home cooked)

    Ok guys..I just made this dish with Loads of Tuna in it and it turned out to be just yummylicious!!...Ne other recipes which I might try?

    My recipe:

    5 oz Tuna cooked in olive oil + Mrs Dash Garlic marinading sauce+ Kidney Beans + black pepper +green chillies+ a little bit of capsicum and cooked onion

    Just get a good spice rub, sprinkle it on one side of the tuna and plain salt and pepper on the other side. Sear that in olive oil till the tuna is rare (seared on the outside, basically raw on the inside) and you'll have the most delicious piece of fish you've ever had.
