Cytosport - NO customer service

Just a heads up to let people know - don't even bother trying to get decent customer service out of Cytosport. I have sent 2 emails to their listed email address from their website in an effort to obtain manufacturing details due to my BB.com order of Muscle Milk being held by Australian customs. Both emails have been ignored.

Very poor form Cytosport - not impressed at all.

Try giving them a call. Just like any large company I'm sure they get numerous emails daily and takes time to get back to each any every one of them.

1)you didnt look into what was not allowed in your country in term's of ingredients did you.
2)tried contacting custom's if possible?
3)it is not cytosport's fault that custom's decided to hold onto your product
4)quit your bitchin

I just sent the OP 2 emails and he just ignored them. NO customer service at all.

How long ago did you send the emails? What types of questions did you ask?
