Training experience (as much detail as possible):
-I started training when I was 15.I have been training for 7 years now.I have broke many goals and have improved my body dramatically over these years.I am now wanting to start competing in bodybuilding. So my training has gotten even more intense then it was before. Why should you choose me?You should choose me because it would be nice to test out a great product and I could use the extra energy in the gym. Also, through the 7 years I have tried many pre-workout supplements. That's why I would be a great prospect to log this product because I could compare it to the top supplements like superpump, white flood, shock therapy, etc.My log on this product will be honest and detailed.
Current Training Schedule (as much detail as possible):
-I train 6 days a week. I work out every body part twice a week. Although it is not the most common training protocol, after several years lifting with and isolating one day a week per bodypart and getting little results, i found a program that my body really responds to well. i train lower volume and high weights. I get nice consistent strength and size gains with this method. I also do martial arts 2-3 days a week and have for 16 years.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
-XF Ultra Peptide Whey Protein
-ON 100% Casein Protein
-ON Fish Oil
-AST Multi-Pro 32

-Meal 6
-Whole Rotisserie Chicken ( It might sound weird but I love to eat this after working out )
-1 Cup Brown Rice
-Meal 7
-Protein Shake
-1 Cup of Cottage Cheese
-I also eat many snacks between these.
Current Daily water intake:
-1 or 1.5 gallons
Short Term Goal:
-Gain 10 ibs of muscle.

-Become a professional bodybuilder.

Guys, absolutely do not miss out on this. Predator is by far one of the most over looked pre-workout supplements. It delivers! Try it out and see.

This is a great opportunity fellas! Get in your applications!!
Tim Im going to try to figure out the answer to your question, I do know the one in the store matches the bottles currently on sale! Predator did change if I remember correctly back when it first came out. That looks like a picture of the sample that predator once was. But I am going to get a definitive answer for you ASAP!

Training experience (as much detail as possible!!):
I have been training since 2006, although I hit a full stop in the start of 2008. I stopped due to accident because of which I was on bed rest for 7 months. I reorganized myself and remotivated myself back into action and have been lifting since 3rd April 2009.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I am on a 4 days/week program. 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on. REPEAT. I NEVER stick to a routine, so I am always mixing up muscle groups/days. always shuffling keeps my muscles excited/shocked and it gives me the desired results in a desired time.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I have not been doing cardio recently although would include it in my program after a while.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
-ON 100% WHey Protein
-GNC Creatine monohydrate
-Green MAGnitude
-Gaspari Superpump 250
-Health From The Sea PURE FISH OIL
-SportPharma MULTI-V
-NOW Foods SUPER Omega 3-6-9

Meal 2 : 2 slices of brown bread, cream cheese, tuna fish and 250 ml milk.
Meal 3 : Home made gainer consisting of protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter and bananas and milk ofcourse(approx. 650ml)

Meal 5 : PWO shake.
Meal 6 : baked fish with mashed potatoes and 250 ml milk.
Meal 7 : grilled chicken with cream sauce and 250 ml milk.
EXTRAS : I eat fruit after every meal, fruits range from strawberries, blueberries, apples and bananas.
SNACKING : Almonds, walnuts, cashews and soemtimes I will pop out a tuna fish can and a spoon.
Current Daily water intake:
3 Litres minimum
Short Term Goal: My short term goal is to reach 190 lbs and be physically in a position to push myself to the limits by November hopefully.
Long Term Goal: My long term goals are my shoulders/traps and legs. I love this part of the body and I would love to achieve my desired goal of a broad/wide shoulder and hulk type legs to go along with the mighty shoulders
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
Nope.
Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
In the past I have used Weider Mega Mass and centrum vitamins and wal mart omega oils.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):
I have not done any reviews/logs before,, although I would LOVE the opportunity to do one. I have only done 2 quick/small reviews of the products that I used and they can be seen on my bodyspace
http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/Lucky_ROA/ . Yes I know some of you might laugh on me, but those are my blunt honest opinions on the products.
Current / Progress Photos:
Sorry I never took any photos since Feb. I know it might be a negative factor in my application. The ones I got are from 2006/07.
Can you post "before" and "after" photos (yes or no): YES

Sounds Good!
Age: 28
Sex: Male
Height: 73 inches (6 foot 1 in)
Weight: 224
Bodytype: Mesomorph
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I've been working out for most of my life. From martial arts to soccer, basketball, football and then the Army. It wasn't until I got out of the Army that I started taking lifting very seriously. During the past five years I've gone from a lanky 180 pounder to 280 and now down to 224. Feels good! I remember when sports supplementation was all about protein shakes, protein bars and creatine (..with grape juice...yech...). I'm looking about how I'd like to for the time being, but there's always room for better. In that spirit, from hearing (and seeing) the reviews and efforts from the first round of loggers - my interest is piqued!
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Lift 5 days a week - typically like this:
Day 1: Shoulders/Traps and Calves w cardio
Typical: Rotator Cuff Warmups, Cable Lateral raise pre-exhaust, Seated DB Press, Behind the neck Smith Machine Press, Shrugs with BB to the front, shrugs with BB to the back, cable side lateral raises
Day 2: Legs w cardio
Typical: Leg Extension Pre-Exhaust, BB Squats, Leg Press, Lying Leg Curl, Seated Leg Curl
Day 3: Back with calves and cardio
Typical: Reverse Pec Deck Pre-Exhaust, Bent Over BB Row, Lat Pulldown ss w/ DB Pullover, Seated Cable Rows, Hammer Curls
Day 4: Chest and cardio
Typical: Pec Deck Pre-Exhaust, Hammer Strength Incline Press, Flat Bench DB Press, Incline DB Flyes ss w/ DB triceps kickback, Seated Calf Raises.
Day 5: Arms and calves with cardio
Typical: 21's warmup, Bench dips warmup, Standing BB Curl, Overhead Triceps Press, DB Preacher Curl, DB Kickbacks, Standing Concentration Curls, Triceps Pushdowns, Seated Calf Raises
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I do 20 minutes of cardio every workout with the exception of leg days. On leg days I do ten minutes of high intensity interval training on the upright cycle. Otherwise - it's 20 minutes on the treadmill or the stepmill. This never changes.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):

Predator seemed really good. I didn't use Creature long enough to give it a real review. Still going to run both bottles all the way through soon, and I will put up some thoughts on them.

Application:
1) User Name:gkizzle3622
2) Age:19
3)Male
4) Height:6'0
5) Weight:193
6)Mesomorph
7) Training Experience:How I got to where I am today: I have been an athlete all my life. I grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football. In about 7th grade, I switched to playing baseball year round. In high school, I played baseball year round and a year of water polo but gave that up to focus on baseball. I was a pitcher with the possibility of playing D1. I had mono all of my junior year so my performance suffered. I recovered that summer and was determined to work harder than anyone to get back to the top. I trained intensively the fall of my senior year, focusing mainly on legs and explosiveness. My squat was in the low 400's and things were going great until I threw out my arm (the final straw as I had hurt my arm (everything from swollen nerves, strained/ruptured tendons, and strained muscles) many times and it finally was just falling apart). I decided that I had to give up baseball. It was a tough decision for me but that's when I found bodybuilding. That fall really showed me working hard in the gym could be just as fun and rewarding as being out on the mound. Thus began my weight lifting journey.
I began to read and research everything I could about nutrition, working out, etc. I hit the gym hard and found it to be one of the most rewarding and positive activities in my life. I made great gains and things were going great. I then had another major setback in my life. I left for college and ended a 3 year relationship with a girl at the time. It was a difficult transition leaving everything I've known for a new place. The gym was there for me and it gave me a positive way to deal with the transition. I made the best gains of my life my first semester of college as I worked harder than ever and meticulously controlled my diet. I learned more from experimenting with different foods and workout routines (i.e. what worked best for me) than I simply just doing research. It definitely helped me to see what I needed to do to get where I wanted to be.

(link to log can be found in my sig or below) Therefore, I have the experience of using many other supplements (see supplement history). I plan on only using protein (XF chocomint whey) and XF vengeance ( if selected of course ) during this log to prevent interference from other supplements unless otherwise directed.

I am currently consuming about 2500 calories a day. About 300 grams of protein, 90 grams of fat, and 200 grams of carbs. This is the diet that I have found works best for my body.
